Afishionado in Bedford, NS, smokes salmon in-house beginning with sustainably raised Atlantic Salmon grown in Sustainable Blue’s state-of-the-art Recirculating Aquaculture (RAS) facilities in Centre Burlington, Nova Scotia.

These products are Ocean Wise recommended. The smoked Salmon is sold frozen and ready to eat once defrosted.

Types

• Lox - 6 oz  Cold smoked with natural maple and birch wood chips
• Hot - 6 oz Wet brined in sweet and salty brine and then hot smoked to perfection with natural maple and birch wood chips
• Peppered - 6 oz Wet brined in sweet and salty brine and then hot smoked to perfection with a sprinkling of pepper
• Candied - Wet brined in sweet and salty brine and then double hot smoked to perfection with natural maple and birch wood chips and flavoured with local maple syrup
